Third parties - processors
The contact form on this website uses SimplyForms (SimplyForms s.r.o., Czech Republic). Submitted data is transferred to SimplyForms servers and processed in accordance with their privacy policy. SimplyForms acts as a personal data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. Submitted data is relayed to the controller's email address and is not permanently stored by the processor.
No other third parties have access to the personal data you provide.
Retention period for personal data
The controller will retain personal data for the period strictly necessary. Personal data will be retained for no longer than 12 months.
How personal data will be processed and stored
Personal data will be processed by machine (automatically) using computers and computer programs.
Data subject rights, information, and access to personal data
As a data subject, I have the right to access my personal data, the right to have it corrected or erased, and, where applicable, the right to restrict processing. I have the right to request information about what personal data is being processed and the right to request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data.
